how do you report illegal alcohol sales?
I go to this spanish restaurant once in a while including sundays and have notice them selling alcohol disguised in shaded soda glasses even on sundays, which is illegal in connecticut to do on sundays. I didn’t think much of it but when I saw a teenager order a beer and pay for it I was distraught by it.
I don’t think the local police station would do squat about it.
Corvato you have a profile picture of a full blown alcoholic, I dont think these are the type of questions you are qualified to answer. 2ndly most people that go to restaurants drive there, which equals to drinking and driving, a whopping 71% of fatalities in connecticut is due to alcohol.
Thank you for promoting drinking and driving and the fatalities of sons, brothers, sisters, mothers, you’re answer is appreciated, I understand alot of people like to drink.
So we have “something” in a dark glass (meaning it will be consumed on premises), sold to someone who looks young. Call in the ATF! Even if this activity is illegal, I think the end result of what you propose would be profound sorrow and lasting regret for yourself.
I don’t know you from adam, but I can tell you believe in the rules, that superman beats the bad guys and drops them in a jail cell at the end of every comic book, that the hero in the movie will beat 100 bad guys weilding machine guns with a single boffo sock on the jaw, and that all boys go to bed every night feeling loved by country, queen, and kin, just like you do.
Please know that you are a delusional boy scout. The actions you describe, if illegal (doubtful), are in accordance to a set of rules that these people live by. You do not really believe that their transgressions result in victims, you just see somebody elses house of cards that you think you can kick down without consequence.
In short, you are an idiot, who smugly wants to hurt people you don’t know, people that are in a very good position to open your eyes to a world of pain.
OK, so you’re superman-boyscout-manchild, and because you were born on the planet Clueless, you are bulletproof. Just know, tough guy, that every man has his weakness. If you don’t have a wife and kids, who right now are somewhere safe and blissfully unaware of how you are about to endanger them, you must have a mother who loves you and a father that never taught you about the real world. Your best course of action is to protect them by not doing something incredibly stupid.
Realize when the sh*t comes down like a ton of bricks on your head, that you brought it on yourself, you are responsible for the consequences of your actions, and you deserve to reap what you sow.
There are lots of fights worth throwing your life away on, where your actions can make a real difference to people in real peril. Too bad you don’t have the ability, fortitude, or ethics to be able to commit to one of them.
Good luck.
Edit: Well, if the local police won’t do squat (obviously because either it is not illegal, or they have better things to do), then I guess you have no choice than to tie on your superman cape and bust up the place with your hong kong fuey chop.
By the way, Corvato is one of the few top contributors that takes time to answer questions with good info and real replies. He is a top contributor, not because he cheats like most of them, but because people have voted him there by the value of his efforts.
His answer was factual and he cited his sources. You are out of line, and an embarrassment to this electronic community and your real community.
Perhaps the spanish restaurant would appreciate it if you stopped patronizing/harrassing them.
Edit: I promote nothing, except the wisdom of minding your own business in an cruel world. You understand nothing, period.
Regarding your “statistic”, 2008 is the most recent statistics available for CT, in which 40% of all deaths in CT that year were attributed to drunk driving, while for the same time period, nationwide 32% of all driving related deaths were attributed to drunk driving.
Clearly there is a great disparity between CT and the rest of the country. Whether that means you all live your lives (including drinking time) on the road commuting to NYC, while the rest of us are drinking closer to home, or whether there is an uncommon lack of parental guidance and common sense in your state is a subject for debate.
